I got these to use in my second lobes. They are really nice, but I was imagining something a little thinner/daintier. The part that actually goes in your ear is thinner than the visible part, but might still be thick for piercings with smaller gauges.My ears used to be stretched, so my lobes have a little more leeway for that kind of thing. These fit me pretty comfortably, but I wouldn’t recommend them for cartilage piercings. They are definitely best suited for first lobe/standard ear piercings
